Difficulties using iDEAL?

I can’t seem to successfully pay using iDEAL, why?

Answer:

• Check if you have sufficient balance.
• Most bank apps have a spending limit. You may have exceeded your limit. Try adjusting it (temporarily). It normally requires 15 minutes for the new limit to be active.
